During our New Year's stay, we appreciated the comfortable beds and the breakfast that included some Western options. The location was also convenient, with easy access to several local restaurants and shops. we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, such as the local temples and museums.

The language barrier was an issue, as very few staff members spoke English. the overall cleanliness of the hotel fell short of our expectations.

We would like to stay longer, if we come to Xining. Location, easy walk to all attractions

The reception staff lacked friendliness and accused us of taking a hand towel from the room during checkout which left a bitter taste in our mouth.
